Job Description - Business Analyst

The Business Analyst at EVPConnect will be responsible for leveraging their knowledge and expertise in IT and business consulting to provide strategic insights and solutions for our clients. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop recommendations for process improvement and technology implementation.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements, objectives, and processes

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges

Develop business cases and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements

Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and validate solutions

Support the development and implementation of technology solutions

Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementations

Provide training and support to end-users

Monitor and report on project progress and ensure timely delivery

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Desired Experience:

Experience in IT consulting or software development projects

Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP)is a plus
