Position:
IT Security Analyst

Responsibilities:
•Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the organization's infrastructure;
• Monitor network traffic and system logs to detect andinvestigate security incidents and anomalies;
• Respond to security incidents promptly, investigate rootcauses, and recommend appropriate remedial actions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design andimplement security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control mechanisms;
• Stay updated on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for proactive security measures;
• Conduct security awareness training for employees toenhance their understanding of security best practices and potential risks;
• Perform regular security audits and penetration testing toidentify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements;
• Participate in incident response activities and assist indeveloping incident response plans;
• Maintain documentation of security incidents, investigations, and remediation actions taken;
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to assesstheir security controls and ensure compliance with security standards

Requirements:
Theideal candidate will have/be:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus;
• Strong understanding of information security principles,best practices, and technologies;
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewall technologies, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanning tools;
• Familiarity with security/regulatory frameworks andstandards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or PCI DSS;
• Experience with security tools and technologies, such asintrusion detection/ prevention systems, firewall management, antivirus, andSIEM solutions;
• Experience with security incident response and incidenthandling;
• Ability to stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and vulnerabilities;
• Fluent in English;
• Availability to travel, mainly in Europe.
