Position:
IT System Administrator

Responsibilities:
‍-Proactively identify and resolve Level 1 and 2 support incidents and servicerequests.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates andpatches.

- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complexproblems and ensure timely resolution.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:
‍-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MD-102: Endpoint Administrator) are a plus.

- Experience in systems administration roles, with a background in Microsoft environment. Valued previous experience with Intune.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to workeffectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of Microsoft products, such as Intune,AD & Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

- Fluent Portuguese & English.

- Possible travel, mainly in Europe.

- Starting date: as soon as possible.

- Willing to develop new skills and competencies.

- Able to manage and prioritize time and multiple tasksefficiently.
