Responsibilities:
‍Infrastructure Manager / Infrastructure & System Manager / Infrastructure & Technology Manager The Infrastructure Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing both the technical and managerial aspects of the IT project.

Requirements:
Technical skills: Project Management Methodologies: Waterfall, PMI Certification, PSM I
Infrastructure/Cloud Technologies: Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Google), Databases (Oracle, SQL), Networking (Core, Security, Services, User Connectivity), Virtualization, Middleware, Load Balancing, Datacenters (Active and Passive Infrastructure)
Managed Services: ITIL, Business Continuity, Contingency Planning

Professional Experience:
Experience in defining and managing transition strategies for global services.
Capacity planning, resource management, and process transformation expertise.
Disaster recovery testing methodologies and coordination.
Project governance, change management, and risk management.
Strategic ICT program design, development, and implementation.
Leadership, motivation, and mentorship of team members.
