Responsibilities:
For the following position, the expectation is to provide direct support to the existing development team, actively engaging in the project alongside senior team members.

Requirements:
• Must have:
· Over 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master;
· Excellent communication and analytical skills;· Willingness to learn, proactive, and a sense of ownership;
· Solid knowledge of methodologies: Scrum, Lean, and Waterfall;
· Languages: Portuguese (C2), English (C1);
· Certifications: CSM, CSPO, PSM I.

• Nice to have:
· Certifications: PMI-ACP, A-CSM, A-CSPO;
· Spanish (C1).
